This policy explains how Raaha Soulful Branding LLP ("we", "us"), A-701 Sky Sol, Near Bhagwat Bunglows, Ghuma, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India, handles personal data for solonotsmall.com and the course Solo, Not Small, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number, when you pay or write to us.
Payment status, amount and a payment reference from Razorpay. Razorpay handles your card, UPI and bank details; we never receive them.
Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and your GST number if you ask for it on your invoice.

Why we use it

To give you access to the course and send your login, starter kit and lesson emails.
To issue invoices and keep the records Indian tax law requires.
To answer your questions, process refunds and run the Founding 100 group if you are in it.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing from anyone else.

Who receives it

Only the services that help us deliver the course: Razorpay for payments, our email and WhatsApp providers to reach you, and the platform that hosts the lessons. Each receives only what it needs for that job.

This website

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To load its fonts and animations, your browser fetches files from Google Fonts, cdnjs and unpkg, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have access to the course, and invoices and payment records for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@solonotsmall.com. Some records, like invoices, we must keep by law.
