Terms of purchase and use

These terms apply when you use solonotsmall.com or buy Solo, Not Small. The course is created by Bhavik Sarkhedi ("I", "me"). It is sold and invoiced by Raaha Soulful Branding LLP, LLPIN ACL-5810, GSTIN 24ABKFR6910R1ZJ, A-701 Sky Sol, Near Bhagwat Bunglows, Ghuma, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India ("we", "us"). By paying, you agree to these terms.

1. What you buy

Personal access to the online course Solo, Not Small: ten recorded lessons, the system file and templates for each lesson, three bonus lessons and nine ebooks. If you are one of the first 100 buyers, you also join the Founding 100 WhatsApp group for 30 days, as described on the pricing page.

2. Price and payment

₹2,999 (GST included) until 6 November 2026 or the first 100 buyers, whichever comes first. Then ₹4,999. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. You receive a GST invoice from Raaha Soulful Branding LLP.

3. What you need

A laptop and a paid Claude plan from Anthropic. The Claude plan is not part of the course and is billed by Anthropic.

4. Access and delivery

How and when you receive the course is set out in the delivery policy. Your login is for you alone. Do not share it.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy.

6. Your licence

You may use the lessons, system files and templates to run your own business, and change them as much as you like for that purpose. You may not resell, share, republish, upload or teach the course material, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing course or product.

7. Copyright

The course, its videos, system files, templates, ebooks and this website are the copyright of Bhavik Sarkhedi. Claude is a product of Anthropic and is not owned by or affiliated with us.

8. Results

The course teaches methods I use in my own business. Your results depend on your work, your market and your business, so we do not promise any particular income, clients or outcome.

9. The Founding 100 group

Be respectful and keep other members' details private. We may remove anyone who spams, harasses or shares course material outside the group, without a refund.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes

We may improve or update lessons and these terms. The version of these terms that applied on the day you paid governs your purchase.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to hello@solonotsmall.com and we will try to settle it with you directly.
